Caitlyn Mahoney is a co-founder of Lens & Lines with a passion for telling stories through writing and photography. She is based in the New York area and covers mainly local sports and the stories and communities surrounding them. Through Lens & Lines, she hopes to help create a space where students interested in media can develop their skills, create a community, build a platform, and thrive.

Sohum Dash is a co-founder of Lens & Lines with a focus on creative writing, journalism, and discussion of the arts. He covers music, film, and theatre reviews while also collaborating with artists in the New York area to promote their work. His goal in Lens & Lines is to foster young talent, create discussion spaces for various forms of self-expression, and support media literacy among teens.

Elving Almonte is a Boston and NY-based photographer and Lens & Lines’s Social Media Manager. Driven by the love of freezing a moment in time and the joy, happiness, and human connection that comes with standing behind the lens, he shoots a multitude of events, ranging from the D1 to professional level. Elving seeks to help beginner photographers gain access to opportunities; the same way he wishes someone could have done for him.
